Certification of trainers in Response Ability Pathways [RAP] is offered at sites in North America and abroad. This three-day course explores practice-based evidence on the Circle of Courage resilience model including recent brain research. Candidates also develop skills in an experiential training lab. Upon completion, new RAP Trainers initially co-train with a more experienced colleague. Those with a basic knowledge of neuroscience can also be endorsed to offer one-day Deep Brain Learning courses.

Qualifications
• Prior completion of a basic RAP course
• A graduate degree in education or human services
• In-depth, practical experience with troubled children and youth
• Submission of application to become a Circle of Courage trainer candidate

On-site Training
Organizations seeking to certify multiple RAP Trainers can bring the Circle of Courage Academy to their venue.
